I am now on my 4th renovation project using funds from KD Group. Each time, Karen is efficient, friendly and speed is always of the essence. The stage drawdown payments are sent as soon as funds are requested. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my funding.

KD Group provided funds to enable me to purchase a property being sold at auction. They agreed the loan before the auction which then gave me the ability to bid and agree the purchase on the night!

As a small property developer funding my projects has been difficult in the past. Karen has been a joy to work with, her sensible, commercial and personal approach all through the loan term is second to none.
