Big thank you to Karen and her team, I was able to complete an auction purchase using the funding from KD Group while my bank manager put a long term commercial facility in place.

Karen gave me a lot of help at a time when I was definitely down on my luck. She believed in my business plan and was a great help in getting refinancing for my farming business. She sticks to her word and I would definitely go to her again for help with other financing requirements.

KD Group provided funds to enable me to purchase a property being sold at auction. They agreed the loan before the auction which then gave me the ability to bid and agree the purchase on the night!

As a small property developer funding my projects has been difficult in the past. Karen has been a joy to work with, her sensible, commercial and personal approach all through the loan term is second to none. I have been able to focus on the build without worrying whether the finance is in place for each drawdown. I am now looking for my next new build which I will fund through Karen.

I have to be fair to all funders, but I recommend your services Karen as you always deliver for the borrower.
